Terms of Service
Review the terms that apply when you browse NexArt, place an order or purchase our premium aluminium wall art.
Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the NexArt website (nexart.be) and purchases from Chocommerce. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. They apply alongside your mandatory rights as a consumer under Belgian and EU law, which they do not limit.

Products
NexArt sells premium glossy aluminium posters with magnetic mounting. Product pages describe the available artwork, formats, materials and included mounting elements where applicable.
Product images and colors
Product images are provided to represent the artwork and finish as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours, contrast and brightness may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and production tolerances.
Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed on the website and may include or exclude taxes depending on the store configuration and customer location. Any applicable taxes, shipping costs and order totals should be shown before checkout confirmation.
Orders
An order is submitted when you complete the checkout process. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment fails, details are incomplete, fraud is suspected, stock is unavailable, or an obvious pricing or product error occurred.
Payment
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Your order may be processed only after payment is authorised or received.
Shipping and delivery
We currently ship to Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Germany. The available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Risk and delivery
In line with consumer protection rules, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the order.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a full refund, and returns are free. To start a return, email us at support@nexartstudio.be with your order number and we will send you a free prepaid return label. The goods must be returned unused and undamaged, ideally in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the full amount, including standard delivery costs, to your original payment method, within 14 days. This 30-day free-return policy is offered voluntarily and is more generous than your statutory right of withdrawal, which under EU and Belgian law lets you cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Custom-made or clearly personalised products may be excluded from returns unless they arrive damaged or faulty; our current posters are standard catalogue items and are fully covered by our return policy.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact NexArt promptly at support@nexartstudio.be with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and issue so we can review the case.
Customer obligations
You agree to provide accurate order, delivery and contact information, use the website lawfully, keep account credentials secure and avoid actions that may harm the website or other customers.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, photography, design elements and artwork presentation are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotions, discount codes and offers may be subject to additional conditions, availability, expiry dates, minimum order values or exclusions. We may withdraw or correct offers where misuse or errors occur.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. NexArt is not responsible for indirect losses or issues caused by misuse, incorrect installation, third-party services or events outside its reasonable control, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Force majeure
NexArt is not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including supply disruption, carrier delays, technical outages, strikes, natural events or government restrictions.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside. Disputes fall under the competent Belgian courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise. As a consumer in the EU, you may also submit a dispute through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
