Delivery information for NexArt orders, including destinations, timing, tracking and delivery support.
Where we ship
NexArt currently ships to Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Germany. Available delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Processing time
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing time can vary depending on stock, order volume and production capacity, but we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout where available. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary because of carrier capacity, destination, holidays, weather, customs or events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, available carrier options and any active free-shipping threshold or promotion.
Free shipping
When your order qualifies for free shipping, the option is applied automatically at checkout. The current free-shipping threshold or campaign terms shown on the website apply at the time of purchase.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we send tracking information by email after your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take some time to appear after shipment.
Delivery address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or dispatch.
Missed or delayed delivery
If a parcel is delayed, first check the tracking link and carrier notices. If the tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us at support@nexartstudio.be with your order number so we can help review the shipment.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@nexartstudio.be with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and damage. This helps us resolve the issue with the carrier and arrange the appropriate solution.
Returns
If you want to return your order, see our Returns & Refunds page. NexArt offers free returns within 30 days, subject to the conditions described there.
