How to return your NexArt order and how refunds work. Returns are free within 30 days.
Our return policy
We want you to love your NexArt wall art. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and returns are free of charge.
How to start a return
To start a return, email us at support@nexartstudio.be with your order number. We will reply with a free prepaid return label so you can send the item back at no cost to you.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unused and undamaged, ideally in their original packaging and protective materials, so they reach us in resaleable condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full amount, including standard delivery costs, to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra business days to post the refund.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
In addition to our 30-day policy, you have a legal right of withdrawal under EU and Belgian consumer law that allows you to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our voluntary 30-day free-return policy is more generous than this legal minimum.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@nexartstudio.be within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and the issue, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Custom or personalised products
Custom-made or clearly personalised products may be excluded from the standard right of withdrawal unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Our current posters are standard catalogue items and are fully covered by this return policy.
